Looking For Ways to Grow Spiritually?
You can find spiritual help right here in the Council Bluffs/Omaha metro area! W.O.W. is held once a month at a local convention center called the Mid America Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa. it's easy to get to, centrally located and FREE! The Women of the Word, INC is locally owned non-denominational para-church organization designed to offer spiritual support to women of all ages in special way. We provide solid Biblical instruction, practical application and help in connecting you with other spiritually hungry women and we even help you find a Bible teaching church that fits your needs.
Inductive Bible Study
Together, we look at the what the Bible says, what it means, and how it applies to our faith. We attempt to show that approaching the Bible from this perspective makes it come alive! God does not want His Word to be a mystery. Our greatest hope is to teach women how to study their Bibles on their own and apply it to their lives correctly.
You Have the Power
Women have the power to influence their homes, families and relationships in a tremendous way. That's why we want to reach women with God's word. To help them to know God better through his Word and to be able to influence others they live and work with. To show them who Jesus is in and through their pesronal walk with Him.
W.O.W. INC is not just another club or meeting, but it is a way for women to network and learn from a broad variety of others who are at various levels of their Christian growth. One of the great by-products of drawing women together has been to connect women with one another and perhaps help them to find a Bible teaching church, find internet resources and study tools. We would love to help with your spiritual needs!

If you are dissatisfied with your spiritual life and are looking for something fresh and real, join us the 3rd Tuesday evening from 7-9 PM of every month during the school year calendar. We are a faith based ministry and are dependant upon the financial gifts of others to function. We have received our a 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status in December 2007 and have an advisory board that we receive council from.
